How Stabina collects and uses account, order and payment data for eSIM and related services.
What we collect
Account email, order details (destination, plan, amount), delivery of eSIM credentials, and payment references. For crypto checkouts we may store the transaction hash, network, and sender address needed for support and refunds.
Technical logs (IP, device, basic diagnostics) are used to keep the service secure and to debug failed installs.
How we use it
To fulfil orders, send the QR code, provide support, prevent fraud, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal data.
Payment processors and connectivity partners receive only what they need to complete the purchase or provision the eSIM.
Retention and rights
Order records are kept as long as needed for accounting, dispute resolution and legal requirements. You can request access or deletion where applicable by emailing concierge@stabina.com.
